Your email address will be used as your username and you will be asked to ​create a password. Please be aware that the information you enter when creating your account will be used for all official communication about your submission, so please ensure correct spelling of names, affiliated institutions, and so forth. Preferably use your institution email as sometimes Gmail, Yahoo, etc can be filtered and/or not recognised.

Confirmation Email
After creating an account, please check your email inbox for something from "". If you can not find a confirmation email in your normal inbox, it is worth checking in your spam or junk mail folders as many programs filter out emails this way. If it did end up in one of these folders, please add the address to your acceptable senders' folder by whatever method your email program can do this.

Receive a Confirmation
After submission, you will receive an automatic confirmation that your submission has been received.

Initial Screening
Your submission will be checked to ensure it conforms to accepted academic norms, and to screen out incomplete or non-compliant submissions.

Submission Status
Check on the status of your proposal submission by logging in to the online submission system. The status is displayed in the "Your Submissions" area. Your personal information may be edited at any time.
If your proposal is accepted for presentation at the conference, a notification email will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at [email protected]. The Corresponding Author/Submitter has the final responsibility of notifying co-authors of the review result.
